She sits on his face hard, grinding slow for a full face-sit, then pulls back to shove a gag in his mouth. Close-ups show her pushing fingers past his lips, one time sliding under a tight latex mask covering his mouth — creepy, intimate, and strangely clinical. The whole thing plays out in a dim dungeon with colored lights, chaise lounge, metal frame in the background.
