The scene starts with Irene and two other women standing over a man lying on the ground, his face in a plate of food. One woman has her leg on his back. They’re all pretty dirty, with food splattered everywhere. The man, presumably Domboss, is obese and has a messy look going on. Irene’s a black woman with long hair, wearing high heels and not much else. The other two women are white, one with long brown hair, the other blonde. As it goes on, Domboss gets up, still covered in mess, and the women continue to fuck him around. There’s a lot of close-ups on Irene’s butt crack as she bends over to fuck him doggy style. The camera work is pretty straightforward, mostly wide shots of the action.
